This policy covers all digital products and services sold on this site, including royalty-free music tracks, loops, stems, sound design kits, editing templates, and educational materials related to audio for advertising, video, and games. Because everything offered here is delivered electronically, there is no physical return to ship or inspect. Instead, eligibility for a refund is determined by the circumstances of the transaction and the technical condition of the files delivered.

Definitions
“Royalty-free music” refers to licenses that permit usage without ongoing per-use fees after purchase, within the rights granted at checkout. “Download” includes any access method that enables storing the purchased content, such as direct file download, synced library access, or receipt of a link.

General principle
To protect creators and maintain fairness, refunds are not issued for change-of-mind purchases, creative preference shifts, or situations where the buyer has already downloaded, used, synchronized, or incorporated the content into a project. The goal is to ensure that value is exchanged only once and that licensed audio is not circulated without compensation.

Eligible refund situations
A refund may be considered in these situations: the delivered file is technically defective or corrupted; the file materially differs from the description, preview, or included list of deliverables; duplicate orders or duplicate charges occurred in a single checkout flow; an unavoidable platform error prevented access despite reasonable support steps; a licensing document or attribution requirement was missing where it was expressly promised; or the wrong product was provided compared with the order confirmation.

Verification
To evaluate a request, the buyer may be asked to provide the order number, the affected product title, a brief description of the problem, screenshots or short screen recordings that demonstrate the issue, and, where relevant, system information or software version details. If a file appears corrupted, a checksum, export log, or re-download attempt may be requested to confirm the result.

Remedies
When a problem is verified, the primary remedy is to re-deliver the correct file, provide an alternative format, or supply an equivalent asset of similar value that resolves the production need. If a technical issue cannot be reasonably corrected, a refund may be granted. For training and course content, access to replacement materials, subtitles, or updated project files may be offered when that resolves the difficulty. Store credits can also be issued on request.

Licensing and cleanup
Any refund immediately voids the associated license. The buyer agrees to stop using the content and to remove it from editors, timelines, servers, backups, distribution copies, games, and advertising platforms. If the content has already been uploaded to social, video, streaming, or app stores, the buyer agrees to replace or mute the audio and to re-upload as needed. These steps help prevent rights conflicts and protect downstream clients.

Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not available where previews and descriptions accurately represent the item but the buyer’s project later changes direction. They are also not available for purchases made to test, scrape, or bulk-collect assets, for claims arising from third-party takedown disputes unrelated to the files supplied here, or for issues caused by the buyer’s hardware or software configuration when the product was delivered as described.

Education content
Digital courses, workshops, templates, and toolkits are non-refundable once access has been granted. If a video fails to play or a resource pack is incomplete, the appropriate remedy is to re-deliver working materials in a standard format. Clarifications about curriculum or exercises are provided through support.

How to request assistance
For help, contact support with the subject line “Refund review” and include the purchase email address, order number, product name, and a concise description of the situation. Links to previews, timeline screenshots, or short recordings are welcome. The support team will guide troubleshooting, attempt replacement delivery when appropriate, and confirm the outcome in writing.

Chargebacks
If a payment is reversed through a chargeback, access to the associated downloads and licenses will be withdrawn. To resolve any misunderstanding, please reach out directly so that the matter can be investigated and, when appropriate, corrected without service disruption.

Misuse
Accounts that repeatedly download and request refunds, resell licensed audio, or submit fraudulent claims may be restricted. This protects the catalog, the producers who created it, and legitimate buyers who rely on consistent availability.

Policy updates
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in products, payment processors, or legal requirements. The version shown on this page is the one currently in effect.

Previews and evaluation
Streaming previews represent the full purchase, including arrangement and tonal balance, so you can judge suitability for a campaign, edit, or level. When deeper certainty is required, support can share a brief watermarked excerpt, provide BPM, key, and stem lists, or advise on loop points and button endings for interactive builds. Guidance is also available on loudness targets, export settings, and file organization to ensure a smooth handoff to editors or game engines. This collaborative step helps prevent mismatches, reduces rework, and keeps composers’ catalogs protected against unauthorized redistribution, enabling confident creative decisions.
